Nous plaçons votre message le plus harmonieusement possible selon le format de la médaille choisie

Nous écrivons tous nos messages en minuscules, exceptés les prénoms qui peuvent commencer par une majuscule si vous le souhaitez.

Seuls les accents, lettres et symboles présents sur un clavier d'ordinateur peuvent être gravés.

Nous réalisons la gravure de votre bijou personnalisé en 48 heures à compter de la réception de votre commande. Le montage et la gravure qui nécessitent un geste précis, se font exclusivement dans notre atelier parisien, sans sous-traitance et c’est grâce à la confiance que vous nous témoignez que chaque jour, depuis 10 ans, nous pratiquons avec le plus grand soin, un artisanat sincère.

Chacun des bijoux que nous avons personnalisé pour vous, raconte un moment important de votre vie, nous y avons peut-être gravé un mot doux, une demande en mariage, les initiales de vos chérubins, la date du plus beau jour de votre vie, nous savons combien vous y tenez. C’est pourquoi, tous nos bijoux personnalisés sont garantis à vie contre une participation forfaitaire de 25 euros. Pour en bénéficier, il vous suffit de nous envoyer un mail à bonjour@nouvelamour.fr ou de déposer votre bijou dans une de nos boutiques, nous vous le reproduisons à l’identique, sous 48 heures.
