Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days after confirmation of payment is received (except customized jewelry, out of stock, force of nature or other uncontrollable events, and summer break).
All orders can be sent by Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with signature, by post in withdrawal point with a tracking number, or by courier in Paris only.
Orders can also be sent via your choice of a carrier at your own expenses. Please contact us if you would like to use another carrier. Whatever the shipping method may be, we will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include preparation, packing, and postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed whereas shipping costs depend on the package weight. We highly recommend you to consolidate your ordered items in one single shipment/order. After placement, we cannot consolidate two separate orders, and shipping fees will be applied to each order. Your order is sent at your own risks; however a special care is given to fragile items. Package dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Our goods always travel at the risk and peril of the buyer; the transfer of risks takes place at the delivery of the products to the carrier.
We offer ground shipping for metropolitan France above 90€ orders, under this amount, shipping will be invoiced 6,50€.
Shipping for the DOM-TOM is offered above 90€ order. Under, shipping will be invoiced 12€.
Shipping for Europe will be invoiced 12€ and 25€ for other destinations (you may ask for a quote when placing an order, especially if your order meets extraordinary conditions such as heavy weight).
In the event of unreasonable delay and not caused by force of nature or other uncontrollable events, the customer may ask for compensation. The application and the granting of compensation depends on the harm caused and if recognized as such by jurisdiction.
According to the L.121-20 article of the French "Code de la Consommation", amended by law number 2010-737 and in force from July 1st, 2010 - art. 59, the customer may send back the order within 14 days of the delivery date. The exercise of this right entails the reimbursement of the return postage costs, only at the request of the customer and upon presentation of proof of shipment mentioning the costs incurred (up to € 5.50 for France, € 12 for the European Union and € 25 for the rest of the world), after qualitative and quantitative verification of returned items.
All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, with tags intact.
This is only after verifying all these conditions that the WDP company will reimburse the amount paid for the returned goods, excluding original shipping costs which will remain the responsibility of the customer. If not, no refund will be made, the customer remains the owner of the merchandise and may come to the Nouvel Amour boutique, 10 rue des filles du calvaire, 75003 Paris, France, to retrieve the order no later than 1 month following the return.
